For the ones I had with my dinner, I probably let those dehydrated around 4-6 hours (until they were crispy). If you like fried okra, I can't imagine you'd go wrong either way. :)Lanihttp://www.rawinspiring.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1533938499423893720.post-42330227715807702882011-06-21T10:38:25.218-04:002011-06-21T10:38:25.218-04:00Loved the "fried" okra. Only half of mine made it into the dehydrator and then my 2 year old and I kept pulling them out to eat them, so they never really got dehydrated just a tiny bit warm.Razzle Dazzlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16465543308310852389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1533938499423893720.post-14425235781040252972011-05-17T10:57:40.082-04:002011-05-17T10:57:40.082-04:00My wife and I are NOT 100% Raw. And every single time we feel exactly as you did, full and sluggish. My wife was working away this past week and she called one evening and was telling me how she had a non-raw meal and she just wanted to sleep. It is a dramatic difference.Rickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17511354781826722731noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1533938499423893720.post-50871906452925730992011-04-21T22:44:04.439-04:002011-04-21T22:44:04.439-04:00Thank you for sharing!!
